People Don't Leave Bad Companies, They Leave Bad Managers.

It is very true that "PEOPLE DON'T LEAVE BAD COMPANIES, THEY LEAVE BAD MANAGERS."

It doesn't matter how much an employee loves his job or loves his company; if the manager is horrible, it's time to leave. We spend too much of our lives on the job to remain in a toxic work environment where the manager is unethical, dishonest, oppressive, prone to arbitrary knee-jerk reactions, and imposes inconsistent application of so-called "policies."

There is a big difference between being a "boss" and being a "leader." A boss is obeyed by coercion. Employees follow a leader by choice.

Irrational tyrants should not run countries or companies.
